In Cibus Maps, tap Account and sign in if asked. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

By email

Send a deletion request to privacy@skriptit.fi from the email address you sign in with. If we cannot confirm that the request came from that address, we reply to it and delete the account when you answer.

What is deleted

Your account, its email address, its sign-in sessions and sign-in keys, any Apple or Google sign-in linked to it, the Terms version you accepted, your answers, your photos with their check results and fingerprints, other users' choices to hide your photos, and our moderation decisions about your account and content with their reasons.

What is kept

• Deleted data remains in database recovery copies for up to 30 days.
• Photo files are normally deleted from storage within 24 hours.
• Server logs are kept for up to seven days.
• If you signed in with Apple, Apple's token is kept for at most 7 more days while we ask Apple to end the sign-in.
• Email delivery records are kept by Cloudflare until they are no longer needed to provide the service, or until our agreement with Cloudflare ends, whichever is earlier. Cloudflare shows them to us for up to 30 days.
• If the account was suspended, a coded record of its email address and of any Apple or Google account linked to it is kept for 2 years to stop it signing up again. The suspension decision and its reasons are kept for the same 2 years.
• If we reported one of your photos to the police, the photo and a minimal record of the account are kept for 90 days after the report, longer only if the police ask in writing.
• If one of your photos was reported as child sexual abuse material or matched by PhotoDNA, the photo and a minimal record of the account (its identifier, email address and creation time) are kept until we decide, at most 30 days. If we report it to the police, the 90-day period above applies.
• Reports of illegal content or child sexual abuse material about one of your photos are kept for 6 months after our decision, including after the photo and your account are deleted.
• Reports you sent are not linked to your account. They are kept, with any email address you gave for our decision, for 6 months after our decision, or until the reported photo is removed. Notices of illegal content, including the contact details you supplied and their receipts, are kept for 6 months after we send our decision, including when the reported photo has been removed; if you supplied no contact details, 6 months after the decision.
• Fingerprints of rejected photos, without photo or account identifiers, are kept for 1 year after the latest matching rejection.
• Your choices to hide contributors belong to your installation. They remain until you undo them or the hidden contributor's account is deleted.
• A deletion request sent by email, and our record of it, are kept for 3 years after the request is closed.
• If an email to your address could not be delivered or was marked as spam, our email provider may keep the address on its block list, in some cases with no end date.
